Great discussion with Aileen Armstrong from Achieving Synergy who reminded us of the value of having tools in our kitbag to help us understand our differences and our strengths. In the discussion we focussed on Hermann Whole Brain Thinking (HBDI) as a tool to better understand our preferred thinking style and understand the perspectives others are coming from. It provides a common language to help us recognise these differences and leverage the strengths that difference brings.
