2026 GEM Mentoring Resources Hub

Thanks for being a Gender Equity Men (GEM) Program Mentor.

The GEM Program combines Our Watch’s Men As Allies in the Workplace information sessions with breakout NAWO mentoring discussions, spread across seven sessions from April to June.

GEM mentors get the benefit of participating in the learning of the GEM program, while facilitating breakout discussions per session with 4-6 male mentees, sharing real-world examples and experiences of supporting gender balance in the workplace.

The resources below support you in being a Mentor in the 2026 GEM program.

If you have any questions or run into any issues during the program, please get in touch with us via email at: [email protected]
